Receptionist 1

Employee should demonstrate proficiency in:

  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Communicating with Clients by Phone, Email, and Chat.
  • Gingr software

Employee should be able to efficiently manage their day and complete all required tasks.

Employee should be able to show  that they are aware of all policies  and do not require frequent coaching and/or correction of known policies.

 

Required Training

Completes online learning of Bloat,  Heat Stroke, Diabetes, Epilepsy, and basic wound care/medical procedures

Completes online learning for proper bathing procedures, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and nail grinding.

Successfully complete Pro Pack Training

 

Promotion and Pay

Upon completion of ALL requirements and quizzes, the employee advances to the Receptionist 2 position at the 5-Month time frame

A PAY INCREASE is merited and  will be determined by Management.
